CLAN DENNY is a range of independantly bottled Scotch wiskies from Douglas McGibbon & Co., selecting fine casks from distilleries across Scotland. The range features limited single cask bottlings of single malt and single grain whiskies typically non-chill filtered and without addes colouring. This INVERGORDON single grain single cask whisky is ONE of 200 bottles that was distilled in May 1997 and bottled in June 2017 that matured 20 years in a refill barrel. Tasting notes: Opens with an attractively sweet character on the nose and carries a richly spiced, vanilla quality. On first sips, discover the velvety mouthfeel with more of that intense vanilla character and caramel. The finish is medium-long and very moreish with butterscotch and melted ice cream
