XIBAL is an artisanal gin produced in Guatemala in small batches. It is distilled from sugar-cane alcohol with a selection of botanicals inspired by Guatemala, combining juniper berries with cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper, peric?n, orange peel and lemon peel. These botanicals give Xibal a distinctive aromatic profile, combining citrus and herbal notes with the warmth of cardamom and black pepper, while juniper provides the classic gin character. Produced in Mixco, Guatemala by Licorera Zacapaneca, Xibal combines traditional gin botanicals with ingredients strongly associated with the flavours and aromas of Guatemala
